I talked with Leah Greatherd, (leading counsel for the AGBC) this morning and she said the Justice Bauman's ruling is not subject to appeal as was rumored. This is great news as practicing polygamists in Canada are going to have to fear something else besides their imaginary god who they obviously accept as a Celestial pedophile Himself. The way is cleared for the RCMP to make arrests on those who have for decades snubbed their noses at Canadian law, as it has become clear that the freedom to practice one's religion does not include the freedom to harm others. It should be interesting to see how the Mormon Church proceeds in handling Section 132 of their own code. They are both in the same square pen as peace-loving Muslims who are helpless in trying to excuse the teachings and mandates reduced to writing by their beloved pedophile prophets. The push is yet to come. I can't wait to watch LDS Church leaders, (as well as Mitt Romney) squirm in the months ahead. Polygamy and its evil head is in the news all throughout the land and prosecutors and lawmakers everywhere were metaphorically given the green light to intervene on behalf of sect victims when Chief Justice Bauman boldly drove home a huge wooden stake right into the heart of one of this country's worst nightmares. These types of questions become really hard to get head around whenever there are more than 2 spouses in a relationship.
